A lot of time dealing with large plots with comfortable setbacks condition – for a programme size in comparison to land area – could result in a fixed mentality in dealing slightly different looking design request, but – it – have a bigger need for more harmony targeted design .
When dealing with narrow plot of land many of times it force the building boundaries to match the plot ones, the line between the Main Mass and Outer Wall vanish from the good designer point of view .

Our approach – to the plot design characteristics – was to get the most usage of Exterior Materials in Zone and Function Visualization . Entrance zone contains two textures, Normal paint as a main used project finish that connect the the driver room to rest of villa and Louver style walls to define home owners entrance boundary .
