Steep Land Contour

View Maximizing

Located in USA. This design was about Maximizing View on looking the city-scape while dealing the extreme contour level on way that enrich the value of land.

The project challenge was to how to deal with the land contours effectively to improve the user experience, as the plot have a beautiful view.

The Mansion main Building Location was chosen carefully to get the best Money Value use of the plot. A main requirement was to connect the Upper contour located Back Road as to make an access through the Lowest Point of the land.

The shown Grid matches the contour lines. The East Neighbor is close to the site and the contour grid could block his views and also could provide less privacy to the residence.

By Rotating the grid the project was granted More Privacy aspect and also gained a better view to the neighborhood area.

To reach the Desired contour level a ramp that matches the contour line and minimizes cut and fill cost and changes.

By Lowering the entry Level for vehicles to lowest level and matching the contour the S Shape was developed which cut through the green areas in a well designed way.
